Having trouble registering?

Try these steps:

  1. Check your email format — no extra spaces.
  2. Try Chrome or Safari; clear cache and cookies first.
  3. Disable browser extensions (ad blockers can interfere with registration forms).
  4. Check your internet connection — toggle between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  5. Try the QuickMD app on iOS or Android instead.

If you still can't register, contact our Patient Support Team with a screenshot of any error, your browser, and your device — chat on the website, call 1 (888) 878-4256, or email support@quick.md.

Do not create multiple accounts. If you think you may have started registration more than once, contact us and we'll sort it out.
