If your email is correct but your password is not working, go to doctorvisit.quick.md and click 'Forgot Password.' A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
Step 3: Check for app or browser issues
- Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser
- If you are using the mobile app, try closing and reopening it, or uninstalling and reinstalling it
- Make sure your app is updated to the latest version
