How do I change my password or security settings?

1. Go to doctorvisit.quick.md and click "Forgot password."
2. Enter your account email.
3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link.
4. Click the link and create a new password.

If you're already logged in: go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, reset your password immediately and contact our Patient Support Team right away — chat on the website, call 1 (888) 878-4256, or email support@quick.md.
