To protect patient privacy and keep accounts secure, each patient must have their own unique phone number. Shared numbers cannot be used for multiple accounts.
Step 1 — Check your account: If you are currently using a shared number, update it with your personal phone number.
Step 2 — Update your profile: Log into your account and enter your own phone number.
