The QuickMD app is available for both iPhone and Android devices and is the easiest way to book visits, complete your intake, manage your account, and receive notifications about your prescriptions and orders.
To download the app:
- iPhone (iOS): Open the App Store, search for "QuickMD," and tap Get to install.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store, search for "QuickMD," and tap Install.
If you prefer not to use the app, you can access all QuickMD services through a web browser at doctorvisit.quick.md. The web version offers the same functionality as the app.
Common app issues:
- App not opening: Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
- App not updating: Visit your device's app store and check for pending updates. Running an outdated version can cause login or booking issues.
- Can't find the app: Search for "QuickMD" exactly. The app developer is listed as Input Logic Inc.
