What are QuickMD's account security requirements?

Keeping your QuickMD account secure is important, both for your personal information and for the integrity of your medical records and prescriptions. Here is what you need to know about our security requirements and best practices.

Password requirements

When creating or updating your QuickMD account password, your password must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 8 characters in length
  • A combination of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character (such as !, @, #, or $)

If your password does not meet these requirements, the system will prompt you to update it before proceeding.

Security recommendations

To protect your account, we strongly recommend the following:

  • Never share your QuickMD login credentials with anyone, including friends or family members. Each patient must have their own individual account.
  • Do not allow others to access your account on your behalf. Shared login access can create prescription tracking issues and may violate our terms of service.
  • Use a unique password that you do not use for other websites or applications.
  • If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact Patient Support immediately and change your password right away.
  • Enable any available two-factor authentication (2FA) options if prompted during login.

If you need to reset your password, go to doctorvisit.quick.md, click 'Forgot Password,' and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

If you are unable to access your account or suspect unauthorized access, contact Patient Support as soon as possible so we can help secure your account.
