I tried to sign up but my email address is already in use — what do I do?

If you receive a message during sign-up that your email address is already associated with an account, this means a QuickMD account already exists under that email. This can happen if you previously created an account and may not remember doing so.

What to do:

  • Do not create a new account with a different email address. QuickMD does not allow duplicate accounts. Creating a second account can cause issues with your prescription history, billing, and treatment records.
  • Try resetting your password instead. Go to doctorvisit.quick.md, click 'Forgot Password,' and enter the email address in question. A reset link will be sent to that email.
  • Check all your email inboxes, including older or less frequently used addresses, for any prior QuickMD registration confirmation emails.
  • If you are still unable to access the account, contact Patient Support. Our team can help you verify ownership of the account and regain access.

If you believe someone else may have used your email address to create an account, please contact Patient Support immediately so we can investigate and secure your account.

Please note: if you do accidentally create a duplicate account, do not book appointments or make payments on it. Contact Patient Support right away so we can resolve the duplication without affecting your care or billing history.
