I can't download or open the QuickMD app.

Can't download the app:

• iOS: Update to iOS 14 or later, check storage space, search "QuickMD" in the App Store.
• Android: Update to Android 8 or later, check storage, search "QuickMD" in Google Play.

App won't open:

1. Force-close and reopen the app.
2. Restart your device.
3. Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play.
4. Check available storage space.
5. Toggle between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
6. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

No app required: All features are available through your browser at doctorvisit.quick.md.
