Start with these quick fixes:
- Refresh the page or force-close and reopen the app
- Check your internet connection (toggle Wi-Fi/mobile data)
- Clear browser cache and cookies; try Chrome or Safari
- Check that camera and microphone permissions are enabled
- Update the app to the latest version
- Try the website at doctorvisit.quick.md if the app isn't working, or vice versa
If these don't resolve the issue, contact our Patient Support Team with a screenshot, your device and browser/app version, and a description of what happened. If a technical issue on our end caused your visit to fail, a credit will be applied to your account.
