Accounts may be placed on hold for several reasons, including:
- Duplicate account detected
- Concurrent prescribing flag — a controlled substance prescription found at another prescriber simultaneously
- Drug screen non-compliance — required screen not completed by the deadline
- Identity verification issue — expired, mismatched, or unverifiable ID
- Account conduct — repeated abusive conduct toward our team
- Missed in-person visit (Alabama patients) — two recorded no-shows for required in-person visits
