Before an order is placed:
- Log into doctorvisit.quick.md
- Go to Profile settings and update your address
Note: Addresses can only be changed once every 6 months.
After an order is placed but not yet shipped: Contact our Patient Support Team as soon as possible — changes may be possible if the carrier hasn't picked up the package yet. Acting within a few hours gives the best chance of success.
After an order has shipped: Use FedEx Delivery Manager (Honeybee Health orders) or UPS My Choice (Pharmacy Hub orders) to redirect the package.
