It depends on your pharmacy partner:
- Honeybee Health (FedEx): Signature required by default. Exception: MHT orders without Testosterone do not require a signature.
- The Pharmacy Hub (UPS): No signature required by default.
To waive the signature for eligible Honeybee Health orders, sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager (free) and set delivery instructions for your address.
