Once your home delivery order has been placed and payment is processed, here is what you can expect:
•Order confirmation: You will receive a confirmation once your order has been submitted. This confirms that your payment was accepted and your order is in the system.
•Clinician review: Your order is reviewed by your QuickMD clinician, who will authorize and submit your prescription to our home delivery pharmacy partner.
•Pharmacy processing: The pharmacy processes and prepares your order. This typically takes 1 business day. You will be emailed when a tracking number is generated for your order.
•Shipping: Once your order has been dispensed, it will be shipped to the address on file. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2 business days of shipment. You will receive a separate email when your order is picked up by the carrier.
•Delivery: Your medication will arrive in discreet packaging. The package will not indicate that it contains medication. You will receive one final email when your order is delivered to make sure you received it.
If you do not receive a confirmation after placing your order, please contact Patient Support so we can look into the status of your shipment.
Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and up to date in your account before placing an order. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
