What are my options if I'm not home to sign for delivery?

FedEx deliveries (Honeybee Health):

  • Use FedEx Delivery Manager (free) to redirect to a FedEx pickup location, change your delivery date, or authorize release without a signature (for eligible orders)
  • Have another adult (18+) available to sign
  • Request a specific delivery time window through FedEx Delivery Manager

UPS deliveries (The Pharmacy Hub):

  • Use UPS My Choice (free) to redirect or reschedule — no signature is required by default

Act quickly: Carriers attempt delivery 1–3 times before returning the package. Returned controlled substances (Suboxone) are legally destroyed and cannot be resent.
