- Have another adult (18+) available to sign
- Request a specific delivery time window through FedEx Delivery Manager
UPS deliveries (The Pharmacy Hub):
- Use UPS My Choice (free) to redirect or reschedule — no signature is required by default
Act quickly: Carriers attempt delivery 1–3 times before returning the package. Returned controlled substances (Suboxone) are legally destroyed and cannot be resent.
