Can I redirect my package to a new address once it ships?

In many cases, yes:

  • FedEx (Honeybee Health): Sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to redirect to a new address, hold at a FedEx location, or change your delivery date.
  • UPS (The Pharmacy Hub): Sign up for UPS My Choice to redirect or hold your package.

Act quickly — redirections must be requested before the package goes out for final delivery. Redirecting a controlled substance (Suboxone) may require additional identity verification at pickup.
