We're sorry this happened — here's what to do:
- Do not take any medication from damaged packaging until you've confirmed it's safe.
- Document the damage immediately — take photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the medication (including lot number and expiry if visible).
- Contact our Patient Support Team right away with your photos and a description of the damage.
We'll work with the pharmacy to arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. When in doubt, do not use the medication until you've spoken with our team or your clinician.
