A hormone patch worn on the skin that continuously delivers estradiol to relieve perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
Treats: Hot flashes and night sweats, sleep disruption, mood changes, vaginal dryness, bone density loss.
How to apply: Apply to clean, dry skin on your lower abdomen, upper buttock, or outer hip — never on the breasts or irritated skin. Press firmly for 30 seconds.
Dosing schedule: Replace twice weekly (every 3–4 days) on the same two days each week (e.g., every Monday and Thursday). Do not wear the same patch for more than 4 days. Rotate the application site with each new patch, and allow at least one week before reusing the same area.
Important:
- If you still have a uterus, you must also take progesterone.
- Avoid heat sources (saunas, heating pads) on the patch — heat increases absorption unpredictably.
- Not for use during pregnancy.
If the patch falls off: Reapply to a new site or apply a new patch immediately. Keep your original change schedule.
