What services does QuickMD not provide?

QuickMD is a telehealth platform focused on a specific set of services. While we treat a wide range of conditions through our urgent care and specialized programs, there are many services and conditions that fall outside the scope of what we offer.

QuickMD currently provides the following services:

•Urgent care for common illnesses and minor conditions

• Weight loss (GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro)

• Menopause hormone therapy (MHT)

• Mental health counseling (as part of our MAT program)

• PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis for HIV prevention)

Services and conditions QuickMD does not provide include, but are not limited to:

•Hepatitis C treatment or testing

•STI/STD treatment (beyond PrEP for HIV prevention)

•Pediatric care (QuickMD serves patients 18 years of age and older only)

•Cancer screening, diagnosis, or treatment

•Cardiology or heart-related conditions

•Orthopedic or musculoskeletal conditions

•Chronic pain management or opioid pain medication (QuickMD does not prescribe opioids for pain)

•Psychiatric medication management (outside of anxiety treatment offered through our mental health program)

•Dermatology

•Dental or oral health

•Prenatal or obstetric care

•Emergency or acute crisis care (please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room for emergencies)

If the service or condition you are looking for is not listed above as something QuickMD offers, it is likely outside the scope of our platform at this time. For questions about whether a specific condition can be treated through QuickMD, please contact Patient Support and our team will be happy to clarify.
