Yes , for eligible service lines, QuickMD offers a home delivery program that allows your medication to be shipped directly to your door. This option is available for patients receiving treatment through select programs, including our addiction treatment (MOUD/MAT) program. Some programs, like our Menopause Hormone Therapy and Mental Health service types, are home delivery by default.
Home delivery can be a convenient and discreet option, particularly for patients who prefer not to visit a pharmacy in person or who have difficulty accessing a local pharmacy. Once the order is processed, which may take up to 1 business day, delivery typically takes an additional 2 business days.
In order to be eligible for home delivery, your identity has to be verified through our official verification system. Please also note that our home delivery program can only prescribe certain medications in certain dosages. If you're looking for a dosage or quantity of medication outside of the pre-set options, you would have to rely on a local pharmacy for your prescription. Your QuickMD clinician will let you know if home delivery is an option for your medication and walk you through any relevant options.
For all other service types where home delivery is not available, your prescription will be sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice.
