For new patients starting addiction treatment (MOUD/MAT) with QuickMD who have not previously received MAT care from us, your initial induction appointment includes one complimentary follow-up visit at no additional charge , as long as that follow-up is scheduled and completed within 14 days of your induction appointment.
If you schedule your follow-up visit within the 14-day window, you will not be charged for that visit. However, if the follow-up is scheduled outside of that window, the standard visit fee of $99 will apply.
If you do see a charge for your follow-up visit because it fell outside the 14-day period, but it has not been more than a month since your initial visit, please contact Patient Support. On a limited basis and at our discretion, we may be able to extend the complimentary visit window, provided the delay was not excessive and you are still in the early stages of your treatment plan. Our team will review your situation and let you know if an extension is possible.
To avoid any confusion, we recommend scheduling your follow-up as soon as possible after your induction appointment. The credit for your follow-up visit should appear on your QuickMD account within 30 minutes of the end of your visit. If you don't see the credit within an hour after the end of your visit, please contact Patient Support and we can look into the situation for you so you're all set for being able to schedule your follow-up.
