How do I get a prescription refill?

For most medications (non-controlled): Book a follow-up visit. After your visit, your clinician will send the updated prescription to your pharmacy.

For Suboxone: A follow-up visit is required every month. Early refills are not permitted under federal law.

For home delivery: Once 60% of your prescribed days have elapsed from your last fill date, eligible patients can initiate a refill request through the app.
