- Check your timing — prescriptions are typically sent within 2–3 hours of your visit. If it's been less than 3 hours, it may still be processing.
- Check with your pharmacy directly — the prescription may have been sent successfully even if it doesn't yet appear in your QuickMD account.
- Contact our Patient Support Team if it has been more than 24 hours since your visit, or your pharmacy confirms they haven't received it.
