After your visit, you can check the status of your prescription in your QuickMD account. Here is how to confirm it was sent and what to do if it has not arrived at your pharmacy.
How to check your prescription status:
- Log in to your QuickMD account at doctorvisit.quick.md or in the app.
- Navigate to your visit history or the Orders section of your account.
- Your prescription status will be listed there. If it shows as sent or submitted, the prescription has been transmitted to your pharmacy.
If your pharmacy says they cannot find the prescription:
- Wait 30 to 60 minutes. Electronic prescriptions can take time to appear in the pharmacy's system.
- Confirm with the pharmacy that they are looking under the correct name and that they have the right pharmacy location on file.
- If the prescription still does not appear after several hours, contact Patient Support and our team will follow up with your clinician to confirm submission.
Do not book a new appointment if your prescription has not arrived at the pharmacy. In most cases, the prescription was sent, and the issue is a pharmacy system delay or a location mismatch. Contact Patient Support first, and we will resolve it without the need for a new visit. |
