If the prescription hasn't been filled: Contact the pharmacy directly and ask them not to fill it. You can also contact our Patient Support Team and we'll request the cancellation on your behalf.
If the prescription has already been filled: Medications cannot be returned once dispensed. The prescription cannot be cancelled retroactively, and charges already incurred remain your responsibility.
