I can't find a pharmacy that will fill my prescription.

We're sorry this is causing a delay — here's how to resolve it:

  1. Call ahead before visiting. Not all pharmacies stock Suboxone or fill telehealth prescriptions. CVS and Walmart have been particularly challenging for telehealth prescriptions — call ahead to confirm before transferring your prescription.
  2. Try a larger chain pharmacy. Walgreens and independent pharmacies often have better stock and fewer restrictions on telehealth prescriptions.
  3. Consider home delivery. Our program through Honeybee Health and The Pharmacy Hub ships directly to your door. Contact our Patient Support Team to check your eligibility.
  4. Contact our Patient Support Team. We can help identify pharmacies in your area that stock your medication and accept telehealth prescriptions.
