Don't worry — here are your options:
- Check with your pharmacist first. They can look for covered alternatives (different formulation or generic). All QuickMD prescriptions are sent with substitution allowed by default.
- Contact your insurance. Ask specifically which brand, form, or dosage they will approve.
- Use our home delivery pharmacies. Honeybee Health and The Pharmacy Hub allow direct cash payment, bypassing insurance. Contact our Patient Support Team to check eligibility.
- Request a prior authorization (PA). If a PA is required, contact our Patient Support Team and we'll submit the necessary documentation to your insurer within 3 business days.
