- Standard processing: 5–10 business days after the insurer receives the request
- Expedited review: 24–72 hours (typically requires a letter of medical necessity)
After QuickMD submits your PA: If you haven't received an update within 7 business days, contact your health plan directly using the member services number on your insurance card.
