I received the wrong medication or dosage — what do I do?

We understand how alarming this is. Here's what to do right away:

  1. Do not take the medication if you haven't already.
  2. If you've already taken it and feel unwell, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 immediately, or call 911 for a serious reaction.
  3. Contact our Patient Support Team immediately with:
    • Your account email
    • What you received vs. what was prescribed
    • Photos of the packaging (lot number, expiry, label)
    • Whether you have taken any of the medication

We will coordinate with the pharmacy to investigate and arrange a correct replacement as quickly as possible. Chat on the website, call 1 (888) 878-4256, or email support@quick.md.
