We take this seriously. Here's what to do right away:
- Do not take the medication. If you've already taken it and feel unwell, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or 911 immediately.
- Contact our Patient Support Team with your account email, what you received vs. what was prescribed, photos of the packaging if possible, and whether you've taken any of it.
- We'll coordinate with the pharmacy and your clinician to correct the error and arrange a replacement.
