For non-controlled medications: Contact our Patient Support Team with your account email and visit date — we can typically resend the prescription to your pharmacy.
For controlled substances (Suboxone/buprenorphine-naloxone): Due to federal regulations, replacement prescriptions for lost controlled substances are generally not permitted, even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Contact our Patient Support Team as soon as possible — we'll explain your options, and in some cases your clinician may be able to move up your next visit.
Please do not attempt to obtain medication from another source, as this may complicate your ongoing treatment.
