Can I get a work or school note?

Yes — when medically appropriate, your QuickMD clinician can provide:

  • A note excusing you from work or school
  • A return-to-work or return-to-school health clearance note

We are not able to write:

  • Disability forms
  • Workers' compensation forms
  • Vaccine or mask exemptions
  • FMLA paperwork

Your note will be emailed as a PDF shortly after your visit. During busy periods, delivery may take up to 12 hours.
