If you're having trouble with the link or QR code, you can simply tap the drug screen banner showing in your account, then select Upload Results. You may also submit your results by sending a direct email to labs@quick.md with complete photos attached, or by manually uploading through the app: Log in → tap Book → Addiction Treatment → select Drug Screen → tap Upload Results → attach your file (max 10MB) → tap Submit.
