If your original QuickMD kit is unavailable and a replacement has already been used, you may complete your screening with a self-purchased standard urine drug screen kit (6–12 panels), as long as it includes a buprenorphine (BUP) panel. Please make sure your full name and the date of collection are clearly written on the cup before submitting your photos, results without this information cannot be verified.
