I already completed my required drug screen — why am I still getting reminders?

Drug screen frequency depends on your state:

  • Indiana, Maine: One-time screen only
  • North Carolina, Massachusetts, Vermont: Once per year
  • Alabama, Kansas: Every 3 months
  • Virginia: Every 3 months during your first year of treatment, then every 6 months from your second year onward
  • Wisconsin: Every 45 days during your first year of treatment, then every 3 months from your second year onward

Reminders are automatically sent when your drug screen is due soon or has already expired based on your specific frequency and treatment start date. If you've already completed your requirement and are still receiving reminders, this may mean your result is nearing its expiration date. Please contact labs@quick.md so we can verify your account and correct the notification if needed.
