This usually happens when a submitted photo doesn't clearly show every panel (for example, only one side of the cup is photographed, or a panel is cut off, blurry, or obstructed). Any panel that isn't visible will be marked as "N/A" on your report. If this happens, you can resubmit a new photo showing the missing panel(s), and we'll update your results accordingly.
