Pricing
The Quit 7-OH Plan costs $395 total, charged upfront, and covers 5 visits — that works out to $79 per visit. You may see $79 highlighted in ads or on the offer screen, but the full amount charged at checkout is $395.
Once your 5 visits are used, care continues at $99 per visit. The discounted plan does not renew.
Our programs are designed to give you structured, ongoing support from a clinician. They're not a guarantee of any specific outcome — including how quickly you'll be able to stop using kratom or 7-OH, or how long you may need to continue taking medication as part of your care. Your clinician will work with you individually on what's right for your situation.
How Your Visits Work
Your 5 visits are typically spaced about four to five months apart, though you're not required to follow that schedule exactly.
Cancelling ahead of time: If you cancel more than one hour before your scheduled visit, your credit goes back into your plan automatically and you can rebook whenever you'd like — no penalty, and no need to call us.
Cancelling late or not showing up: If you cancel within one hour of your visit, or don't show up at all, the credit is used up. If this happens as a no-show, contact us — we can reinstate one missed credit as a one-time courtesy. After that, any further missed visits will use up a credit.
Using credits elsewhere: Quit 7-OH Plan credits can only be used for addiction treatment visits — they can't be applied toward other visit types, like weight loss visits.
Checking your billing: If you're on the plan, a covered visit will show as "Included, total paid $0" in your billing. If something looks off, reach out and we'll look into it with you.
Cancelling the Plan and Refunds
Whether you can get a refund depends on where you are in the plan:
- Before your first visit: You can cancel and receive a full $395 refund. This is the only refund issued automatically.
- After your first visit: The plan has started, and remaining balances, used credits, and expired credits are not refundable.
