Can I sign up for the Quit 7-OH Plan?
The plan is available only to new patients who tell us at checkout that they use kratom or 7-OH. If you're already an existing addiction treatment patient, or you've already started care, the plan isn't available to add later. Your clinician can still talk with you about your options.
I can't find the plan option, what's wrong?
If you're a new kratom or 7-OH patient and don't see this option during onboarding, contact us and we'll help.
Can I switch from paying per visit to the plan?
No. The plan can only be chosen when you first create your account and tell us you use kratom or 7-OH. That's because the plan is designed specifically to support people who are just entering treatment for kratom or 7-OH use for the first time — it isn't something we add on to care that's already underway.
