QuickMD offers two ways to pay for care if you're using kratom or 7-OH:
Pay-as-you-go (à la carte)
● $99 per visit, billed one visit at a time.
● Nothing prepaid, nothing expires.
● Available to everyone.
The Quit 7-OH Plan
● $395 total for five visits (about $79 per visit), which is a $100 savings compared to paying $99 five separate times.
● You have up to 12 months to use all five visits — there's no requirement to use them within any shorter window.
● After your five visits are used, care continues at the standard $99-per-visit rate. The plan doesn't end your care, it just changes the price per visit going forward.
● Available to new patients who indicate at sign-up that they use kratom or 7-OH. It isn't available to existing addiction-treatment patients or as something you add on after you've already started care.
A few important things to know either way: the Quit 7-OH Plan is designed as ongoing clinical support, not a guaranteed cure or a fixed timeline to being substance-free. Evidence on tapering approaches is limited, and no single approach works for everyone, so your clinician will work with you individually.
If you can't afford the cost of care, QuickMD has a financial aid program that may credit part of your visit cost based on income or recent job loss.
