If you miss your clinician's call, don't worry, your clinician should attempt to reach you multiple times within an approximate 15-minute window. We recommend staying available and keeping your phone nearby at the time of your scheduled appointment so you don't miss the call.
If you do happen to miss the appointment entirely, please contact Patient Support as soon as possible. In many cases, your clinician may still be able to reach you at another point during the day in between their other visits. Our team will do their best to help you connect with your clinician or reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time.
To avoid missing future appointments, make sure your contact information is up to date in your account and that your phone is not on Do Not Disturb during your scheduled visit window.
