My clinician is no longer with QuickMD — what do I do?

If you have been notified that your previous QuickMD clinician is no longer part of our network, or if you notice that a clinician you have seen before is no longer available to book, please know that this will not interrupt your care.

QuickMD is a clinician-agnostic platform, which means your care is not tied to any single clinician. Any licensed QuickMD clinician can review your visit history and treatment records and continue your care from where it left off.

What to do next:

  • Simply book your next appointment as usual through your QuickMD account. You do not need to do anything special to be assigned to a new clinician.
  • Your treatment history, visit notes, and prescription records will be accessible to whichever clinician you see next.
  • If you have concerns about continuity of care or have questions about your ongoing treatment plan, please contact Patient Support before your next visit and our team can help ensure a smooth transition.

If you received a prescription from your previous clinician and have questions about refills or follow-ups, please book your next appointment at the appropriate time and your new clinician will be able to assist you.
