Yes — you can complete your drug screen at LabCorp or any local lab of your choice.

How to get a lab requisition form:

Cost: Local labs are paid out-of-pocket directly to the lab. We recommend calling ahead to confirm cost and availability. Insurance typically does not cover MAT compliance drug screens.

After your test: Your lab will forward results directly to QuickMD via fax or you can submit it to us directly. Our team will notify you once received and verified.
