Depending on your state's requirements and how long the screen has been outstanding, your upcoming visit may be rescheduled until the screen is completed, or your clinician may be unable to renew your prescription.
This is a state compliance requirement that applies to all MAT patients in affected states — not a punishment.
What to do: Request a new kit or requisition form immediately. Completing your screen as quickly as possible is the fastest path back to uninterrupted care.
