Your drug screen results are part of your medical record and are protected with the same privacy protections as any other health information.
Who can see your results:
- Your QuickMD clinician, to inform your treatment
- QuickMD's clinical and compliance team, where required by state regulations
- The laboratory that processes the test
QuickMD will NOT:
- Share results with your employer without your consent
- Share with family members without your consent
- Use results to end your treatment (a positive screen for other substances does not stop your care)
Important limitation: In certain legal or regulatory situations, health information may be subject to lawful requests. We recommend not assuming complete confidentiality from all government or legal entities if this is a concern.
