How do I start my scheduled visit?

  1. Log into your account at doctorvisit.quick.md 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.
  2. The system will automatically check you in 5 minutes before your visit — no action needed from you.
  3. You'll receive a push notification when your clinician is ready. Tap it to join.

For video visits: Push notifications must be ON, "Do Not Disturb" must be OFF, and camera and microphone permissions must be enabled.

For phone visits: Confirm your phone number is correct in your account settings and keep your line open with call-blocking disabled.
