If you miss a visit without cancelling at least 1 hour in advance, a $35 no-show fee will be deducted from your account or from any credit issued.
What to do:
- Contact our Patient Support Team as soon as possible.
- If you had a genuine emergency, let us know — fees may be waived with documentation.
- When you're ready, book a new visit. Any remaining credit (after the $35 fee) will apply automatically.
First-time patients: If your visit could not be completed for any reason — including a no-show or technical issue — you will automatically receive a full credit toward a future visit.
