Cancellations:
- Cancel at least 1 hour before your visit → full account credit
- Cancel less than 1 hour before, or no-show → $35 fee deducted from any credit
Credits:
- Applied to your QuickMD account and usable toward any future visit
- Valid for 12 months (existing patients) or 30 days (new patients)
- Emergency exceptions available — contact our support team
Completed visits: Once you've been seen by a clinician, the visit fee is non-refundable, including visits where no prescription was issued.
Refunds: Issued in limited circumstances. Processing takes 1–2 business days on our end, plus up to 10 banking days depending on your bank.
