Once your refund is approved, we process it within 1–2 business days. Your bank may then take an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds. Please allow up to 10 business days total from confirmation before following up.

Note: Most eligible amounts are issued as account credits rather than refunds. Credits apply automatically at your next booking.
