We understand how frustrating this is — here's what to do:
- Check your device — make sure push notifications are enabled and "Do Not Disturb" is off.
- Wait at least 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, as your clinician may be slightly delayed.
- For video visits — confirm you are in the waiting room in the app or at doctorvisit.quick.md.
- For phone visits — confirm your phone number is correct in your account and keep your line open.
If 15 minutes have passed with no contact, reach out to our Patient Support Team right away — chat on the website, call 1 (888) 878-4256, or email support@quick.md. We'll investigate and either reconnect you with the clinician or apply a credit to your account.
You will not be charged for a visit that did not occur due to a clinician issue.
