For video visits:
- Try rejoining — close the app or browser, log back in, and go to Upcoming Visits to rejoin.
- Switch your connection — toggle between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Try a different device using doctorvisit.quick.md.
For phone visits:
- Confirm your phone number is correct in account settings.
- Disable call-blocking or spam filters and keep your line open.
If the visit couldn't be completed due to a platform issue, contact our Patient Support Team right away and include a screenshot of any error, your device details, and what happened. If the issue was on our end, a credit will be applied to your account.
