After a successful visit, your prescription will be sent to QMD Pharmacy, our mail-order pharmacy partner, for home delivery. Here is what to expect from the time of your visit to receiving your medication:

| Payment | You will receive a notification prompting you to complete payment in the QuickMD app. Your order will not be sent to the pharmacy until payment is completed. |
| Pharmacy processing | QMD Pharmacy reviews and prepares your order. This typically takes 1 business day. |
| Shipping | Your medication is shipped via FedEx or UPS. Standard delivery arrives within 2 business days of shipment. |
| Total timeline | From your visit to delivery, most patients receive their medication within 3 to 5 business days. |
| Packaging | Your order arrives in discreet packaging. The contents will not be identifiable from the outside. |
Local pharmacy pickup
Home delivery is the default for all mental health prescriptions. If you would prefer to pick up your medication at a local pharmacy, you can request this. Please let your clinician know during your visit, or contact Patient Support after your visit to arrange a pharmacy transfer. Local pharmacy availability is at your clinician's discretion.
If your order is delayed or you have not received a shipping notification within 2 business days of your visit, please contact Patient Support so we can follow up with QMD Pharmacy on your behalf.
